WHOLESALE NATURAL GAS - Power of Service

National Public Gas Agency (NPGA) is one of four organizations that make up the NMPP Energy Coalition. NPGA provides wholesale natural gas to communities that own their own natural gas systems. NPGA serves municipal utilities throughout Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Wyoming. NPGA provides the following services:

• Gas supply planning
• Purchase and management
• Level purchase plan and hedging management
• Pipeline and regulatory advocacy

All members of the NMPP Energy coalition also have access to services provided by the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska. These are affordable, high-impact services including: 

• Regulatory reporting assistance
• Utility training opportunities
• Electric distribution system program 
• Education opportunities
• Electric demand services
• Annual utility rate survey
