Northeast Community College, the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska, the Nebraska League of Municipalities and the Nebraska Rural Electric Association will be hosting this training opportunity to be held at the Don Winkelman training field north of Sidney, Neb. Registrations are due Aug. 16. The estimated cost for this event is $250 per person.
