NMPP Energy will be hosting its annual Generation Workshop on Oct. 19-20 at the Lied Lodge in Nebraska City, Neb.
The workshop is intended for member participants of the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska (MEAN) and Nebraska Municipal Power Pool (NMPP) as well as personnel from non-member municipalities. Plant operators, maintenance personnel, utility superintendents and anyone working directly or indirectly with generation units are encouraged to attend.
The workshop is free to MEAN member community employees/representatives, $150 to NMPP members and $200 to non-members. The first day (Thursday, Oct. 19) of the workshop will run from 1-5 p.m. and be followed with a social hour and dinner. Friday’s session (Oct. 20) will run from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and include breakfast and lunch.
